Nashville sextet Diarrhea Planet opened the late show at Mercury Lounge on August 30th. The four-guitar attack was joined onstage by formidable shredder Marnie Stern for a few songs, and later joined headliners So So Glos for their encore of Beastie Boys’ “(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right.”
