LA-based quartet Warpaint have released a new song, “No Way Out (Redux),” the “first in a series of new songs being released this year,” according to the band.
It’s been a little over a year since Warpaint released their self-titled second album, so it’s great to see the band releasing new music after touring extensively behind the record. “No Way Out” has been a regular on the band’s live setlists in the past few months, so anyone who’s seen the band recently probably got a chance to hear some version of the track. The song doesn’t veer too far from the aesthetic of their last record, with it’s semi-spooky vibe, slanted harmonies, and mid-song ramp up into a dance beat.
The band have tour dates in the Spring, but so far they’re all in Europe. Check out those dates, and the new song, below.
