London-based post-punk band Savages, on a short West Coast tour road-testing their new material, played Great American Music Hall on August 25th. The set was a pretty even mix of songs from their 2013 debut, Silence Yourself, and new, decidedly heavier tunes from their follow up LP, expected in the coming months.
