Boston’s psychedelic indie-rock quintet Quilt headlined the Independent in San Francisco on March 23, touring in support of their excellent third album, Plaza. Quilt were last in town opening for Luna last fall, and some of the charm and brilliance of the band might’ve gotten lost on a crowd excited for the reunited Luna’s first Bay Area show in over 10 years. But all that was rectified for those in attendance at the Independent, with an excellent set of 60’s tinged dream pop. Check out the gallery of Quilt, plus openers Cocktails and Mild High Club.
