Out on tour in support of their second record, Matter, Brooklyn-based electro-pop band St. Lucia played the Fillmore in San Francisco on a very rainy Saturday on March 5th, though the weather outside had absolutely no effect on the enthusiasm of the ecstatic crowd in the venue. Rising star Portland teenager Grace Mitchell opened with a set of electronica/hip-hop/R&B pop.
