Toronto noise-rock trio METZ, who released their second album, II, back in May, played the Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco on August 7th, ahead of their Outside Lands festival show a couple days later. Speedy Ortiz, who played the Rickshaw Stop last fall with Ex Hex, played two sets at Outside Lands before the night show, and were surprisingly energetic for their third show in 10 hours . San Francisco’s Jet Trash opened the show, with a pretty rousing garage/surf/punk group set. Check out the gallery of all three groups below.
